  • Personal care assistance is available to individuals who, due to a disability or chronic condition, need significant support with their daily activities. Our team can help you determine your eligibility and guide you through the process.

  • Criteria vary by location, but generally include having a documented need for daily support with personal hygiene, dressing, eating, communication or mobility. Contact us for a free needs assessment specific to your situation.

  • Switching is straightforward. Call us or send a message and one of our coordinators will walk you through the process — there is no disruption to your care during the transition.

  • We are non-profit and member-governed. Any surplus is reinvested into care quality, training and member benefits — not paid out to shareholders. Members vote on decisions that affect the cooperative.
